Through ☞ key mindset shifts, ☞ stress management tools, and ☞ nurturing self-care practices, you’ll learn to be kind to yourself and build self-trust through consistent action.

With just 15-20 minutes a day, you will take small, meaningful steps toward feeling great in your body and joyfully you.

Hi, I'm Georgina


I'm a Yoga Teacher, Holistic Massage Therapist, Heart iQ Coach, and Embodied Wisdom Guide, with 15 years of experience creating intimate, joyful and transformational spaces for individuals and groups. My passion is crafting experiences where we feel safe to relax and come alive, connect with our hearts, embrace our shared humanity, and attune to nature.

Certified in Yoga for the Stages of Menopause and Advanced Restorative Yoga, I founded the Rest to Rise, Embodied Feminine Wisdom Retreats and Menopause Wisdom Circles.

I have come through my own journey of burn-out, grief, despair and resistance. I've dived deep into my own healing and source of inner freedom. I’m right here in the circle with you, listening, learning, and growing. My role is to catalyze transformation, and empower you to trust your inner wisdom—your own teacher, healer, and guide. Together, we create a welcoming, intimate space to navigate this journey with vulnerability and strength.
